LogHands is a collaboration beer between Logboat Brewing Co. and 4Hands Brewing Co. out of St. Louis. This beer is a Belgian-style saison dry-hopped with loads of hops similar to a hopping schedule on an American IPA. Simcoe, Nelson-Sauvin, and Styrian Bobek hops provide a floral, piney and citrusy aroma and flavor while the Belgian saison yeast strain imparts a spicy, white-wine kind of experience on your palette. Pure refreshment!
This beer would pair nicely with lighter foods such as salads, poultry and duck. A fruit tart with butter crust would be incredible with this beer.
