GOODNIGHT MUNICH IS A TRADITIONAL DARK GERMAN LAGER BREWED WITH A HEAVY DOSE OF MUNICH AND VIENNA MALTS. THE COMPLEX MALT PROFILE IS LAYERED WITH NOTES OF BREAD CRUST, TOAST AND A TOUCH OF FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE. THIS BEER DRINKS MUCH LIGHTER THAN IT APPEARS. THE LAGER YEAST HELPS KEEP THINGS CRISP AND DRINKABLE EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF THE MALT-FORWARD DESIGN.
