A blend of Tom Putt, Fillabarrel and Chisel Jersey apples, this cider was wild-yeast fermented and racked to oak barrels for maturation. Toffee-like aromatics lead flavors reminiscent of baked apple, raisins and banana. B15 has a lingering, tannin-rich finish, capped with a hint of bittersweet apple flavor. Liberty’s ‘Cellar Series’ ciders are micro-batch labors of love. Enjoy lightly chilled.
