Lakefront My Turn: Tom (Cask)

As our production and maintenance guy here at the brewery, Tom kept his beer nice and focused: a strictly Citra,
single-hop IPA. This batch of Tom’s finest hits the glass coppery-gold with a loose, off white head, kicking out
huge tropical fruit and lime aromas with fruity ester notes from the British ESB yeast strain. The medium-light
body delivers assertive orange, lime, and grapefruit flavors, followed by hints of biscuity malt. Altogether, My
