This funky, ever-so-slightly tart foeder-aged golden ale was brewed during our beginnings in Ballard as a collaboration between many of our brewers both local and afar. Two strains of brettanomyces and a touch of lactobacillus combine with the oak to give this brew a quenching barnyard-meets-pineapple character. It’s our Wild Debut. . .
