Originally created for Humboldt's iconic Strange Brew Fest, we took a crisp lager and funkified it with ginger, wasabi and some of Mendocino's finest wakeme, sea palm and bladderwrack nori for a truly special pilsner. Oddly drinkable and drinkably odd!
