This big, piney, grapefruity, and dank HomeGrown Ballard brew was made in honor of the late great Matt Bonney, who helped us (along with other good pals in the Seattle beer family) with this special Seattle Beer Week Brew. It’s got a solid malt backbone, counter-balanced with some dank hops we knew the Centaur would approve of: Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, and the experimental HBC-644. To Matt!
