Generous amounts of locally harvested honey from Smoot Honey Company to capture the flavors of sweet clover and Montana wildflowers with wheat and Montana Pale 2-Row malt, Saphir hops, orange peel, and ferment with German yeast. Finally, we dry hop with rose hips for a beer that is light and sweet with a pleasant tart finish.
