Our Octoberfest is a Marzen-style lager. It is a bright, orange hued lager, highlighted by notes of caramel and subtle maltiness. It went through a rigorous two and a half week fermentation. We then lagered it for an additional 4 weeks. The extended lagering time contributes to its uber clean finish. It’s really nice!
