Tres Cabras, or "Three Goats" is a Dry Hopped Saison finished with Brettanomyces. Nelson and Amarillo hops combine with Saison yeast and Brettanomyces to make a super funky/fruity and drinkable saison.
This beer is a collaboration between Insurgente (MEX), Rooie Dop (NL), and Oersoep (NL).
