Hop & Sting Hop To Be Square

New year and a new recipe. This is any batch with a package date of 2021 (check can date or ask bartender). We tweaked the malt bill by adding a modest amount of English Pale Malt to add a bit more color and complexity to the malt base. Mosaic was added to the whirlpool addition to give a hint of peach on the palette. Azacca was added back to the dry hop, along with Sultana, Trident, and Lotus. This batch should have an interesting mix of peach and pineapple aroma and flavor.
