Highlander Light Scottish Ale

This is our example of a Scottish 70 shilling. This low gravity "session ale", like the traditional beers of Scotland, is balanced toward the malt. Very low hopping rates, a long boil, and cold fermentation temperature let the malt shine in the aroma and flavor. This thirst quenching beer may surprise with a flavor, aroma, and mouth feel that is bigger than its alcohol content.
