Cold fermented for25 days and 50 day's in the bright tank before kegging. Hops imported from Germany give this Pilsner a spicy hop aroma. Malt characher is accentuated by German yeast. Fermented dry with a nice mouth feel and smooth lingering finish. Enjoy.
