Hamilton Family Staycation

Staycation is our 2nd Anniversary celebration beer. We brewed an easy to drink wheat beer and added all kinda of goodness. First we used hibiscus flowers at the end of the boil which impart a slight pinkish hue to the finished beer, and a slight floral finish. We then fermented the beer with over 200 lbs of freshly pureed mangoes. pineapples. strawberries, and papayas. After all of that we dry hopped the beer with Citra and Amarillo hops. With all that is in this beer it is surprisingly balanced. It has a tropical hop aroma with real tropical fruit flavors in a easy drinking wheat beer.
