Half Moon Bay Brewing Co. Bock Bock Easter Bunny Doppelbock

Regularly found with pictures of goats on the bottle, this traditional strong German lager contains 5 different varieties of German malt. A rich malty caramel taste immediately coats the palate from the first sip and quickly follows with a healthy dose of bitterness from the German Noble hops. We used German Lager yeast from Augstiener Bräu, the oldest brewery in Munich. This all resulted in a fantastically smooth and robust malty lager with all German ingredients except for the fresh Half Moon Bay coastal water.
