A sturdy, deep copper farmhouse ale fermented in our American Oak foeder with Saccharomyces Brux Trois yeast. Dark fruits (cherries)on the aroma, followed by malt driven flavors of graham cracker, gingerbread and chocolate. Balanced with spicy Saaz hops, it is medium-bodied and dry with moderate
bitterness.
