A deep gold throwback West Coast DIPA, big and bold hop character (citrus and pine) with bread-like malts (Golden Promise and White Wheat). Citrus and pine forward from hops, and a strong black tea and pith-like hop bitterness finish. (Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe). Medium bodied, minimal hop haze, and moderate carbonation, this will take you back to the dry, hoppy doubles from a decade back.
