A straw colored Belgian pale that was fermented in our Oak foeder with a wild saccharomyces yeast strain. Rustic and hazy, bready malts, and bright strawberry / lemon character balanced by earthy and spicy noble hops. Medium-bodied with
lively carbonation. Finishes bone dry (1° Plato) making it an easy drinker. The name is an Old West term for “riding at full speed.”
Hops: Saaz (Czech), Styrian Golding
Grains/Adjuncts: Pilsen Malt, Vienna Malt
Yeast: Saccharomyces Brux Trois
