Grimm Brothers Brewhouse Sound Advice 4.0

In the 4th edition of our IPA project, we came across the Zoso hop variety, a hop that not too many breweries have had the chance to play around with. Similar to Centennial, we got a lot of citrus and lemon notes of the nose, combine this with some of our favorite German hops, Hull Melon and Mandarina Bavaria, SA 4.0 is born. Par for the course with our IPA’s SA 4.0 is a bit on the bitter side, coming in at over 100 IBU’s. We encourage you to give it a try anyway, with the blend of fruity and citrus hops in this beer, it is very well balanced and will leave you wanting more.
