Our Bourbon Imperial Pumpkin (BIP) is our classic Screamin’ Pumpkin Ale (brewed with cascade hops, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon) but brewed stronger and aged in bourbon barrels for 6 months. Results are a 9% ABV/15 IBU beer with rich oak-vanilla flavor with a oak barrel nose. The blending with the spices, hops, and malt creates in our opinion the ultimate pumpkin beer.
