Grey Sail Peachberry

Our house sour ale is brewed in the similar
style of a Berliner-weisse with a basic malt bill of pilsner accompanied by a heavy dose of wheat. We then add yogurt (yes, yogurt!) to the
kettle where it rests for 24-48 hours until we've reached out target pH. We add minimal boil hops for balance and finish with just the right amount of real fruit pure for that refreshing, fruity kick!
