When our local friends from Hop Head
Farms in Barry County, Michigan,
offered us some Chinook hops from
their recent harvest, Brewmaster Brett
Porter jumped at the chance to use
these fresh hops in a new beer.
After a journey of just 166 miles from
Hop Head Farms to Fulton Street
Brewery, these fresh "Wet Hops" go
straight into the kettle to brew Sticky
Feathers IPA.
