Our annual tribute cider named for Ty Lowe of Perry Lowe Orchards in Taylorsville, NC. Every Fall harvest, Ty picks a blend of apples specifically for us to ferment into a classic dry cider. This year, uniqueness of terroir and Mother Nature team up to provide upfront apple paired with a unique mineral profile. An element of citrusy lime along with prickly carbonation round out our latest tribute blend. Enjoy!
