A still, dry cider in our small batch series. Enjoy flavors and aromas slightly reminiscent of tequila and oak from this wood rested cider. Though dry, the apple fruit shines through allowing this cider to finish with a slightly acidic bite. Finally, medium-light in body with a light-gold hue, enjoy this complex adventure.
