A single varietal cider made from Limbertwig apples from Perry Lowe Orchards and our strongest cider yet at 8.2% ABV. While fresh apple provides the backbone for this cider, a nuanced spiciness blends with tart cherry, lemon and a slight mineral quality which provides layers of complexity. As it warms, a gentle earthiness adds yet more to contemplate while sipping away.
