Our tap room and event manager, Andrea, made a small batch cider using gin botanicals from our neighbor, Doc Porter’s Distillery. We took botanicals from a fresh batch of gin, and infused them into our cider. An apple base provides support for citrus, cardamom, cucumber and of course the traditional juniper berries used in gin. We know many people want to drink tequila on Cinco de Mayo but we think gin cider is a nice alternative.
