Made with Alfalfa blossom honey, this sweet mead is one of the most delicate we have made. Pale straw, and nearly brilliant with wonderful legs. It has an incredibly fresh, light aroma with clean hay, light earthiness, a bit of grass and a honeyed biscuit finish. The flavor is very similar to the aroma with an added bit of wheat and a medium mouthfeel. Delicate, light, and sweet. Enjoy.
