We combined our two most popular meads: Orange Blossom and Sour. The result is a refreshing citrus drink that is gluten-free, 12% alcohol, and made from the most natural and local ingredients in Southern California. Enjoy this unique beverage chilled and always include a friend!
Unlike anything commercially available to our knowledge. Champagne like, with those same citrus notes and light bubble gum essence, but made tart and crisp by a lot more natural carbonation and a special fermentation agent, lactobacillus casei or paracasei. We’re not sure which one it was, but when it took over, we were sure this mead was amazing.

Our mead is bottled in an amber 500ml lager bottle with a pop-top. We recommend drinking the contents within 24 hours of opening the bottle. Otherwise, it keeps on the shelf for as long as you would like to store it, and even gets better with age.
Food Pairing: It is suited to many uses, particularly drinking out of a champagne flute on New Year’s Eve or out of the bottle at a dance party with friends. Any and all other uses are encouraged.
