We add Libertine to Rye Whiskey barrels just after the whiskey leaves. Over the span of a year, honey and caramel flavor left behind from the rye layer upon rich vanilla and oak notes to compliment The Libertine’s spicy, rye-driven malt profile. Like all great pairings, once you know them together, it’s hard to imagine them apart.
