Fieldwork Cirque

An oversized throwback to the Saisons of old, Cirque Brett Farmhouse Ale is a funky aromatic driven horse and carriage of a beer. With a slew of different grains used just as would be the case in historical Saisons, we threw together a medley consisting of European barley, corn, wheat, and oats, to give this Farmhouse Ale a unique and balanced malt profile while maintaining its trademark dryness. Fermented with our house blend of brettanomyces; Cirque exhibits the perfect balance between funky barnyard scents and traditional Saison flavors and esters. Eclipsing the style's typical ABV, you can expect a much richer character from all of the grain used to boost the booze, only aiding again in that balance between malt & funk and complexity & drinkability. While terms like "barnyard" and "horse blanket" might not sound like the most appetizing of adjectives, we highly recommend giving Cirque Brett Farmhouse Ale a go and see if it can transport your senses to the old farmlands of Belgium like it does for us.
