A bitter, moderately strong American pale ale that uses its clean, supporting malt to showcase its hop character.Simcoe and Amarillo hops pair up as well as they ever have, with notes of guava, peach, lemongrass, and grapefruit. In addition, we threw in some of our bomber crop Centennial hops that add in a layer of melon and orange peel to the already citrus focused IPA to continue that blurred line between new and old, tropical and citrus, hazy and just plain old overcast and cloudy.
