This beer was aged for 6 months and blended ever so slightly with Brettanonmyes; then it was aged in rum barrels with raisins. It is sweet upfront, then progresses into a dark fruit, leather and nut character, finishing with a slight alcohol and barnyard flavor. A sipping beer that enjoys being drank a little warmer, allowing for a slew of interesting flavors and aromas.
