Every once in a while we steal away a bit of our traditional Orchard Blend No. 1 cider and lock it up in a tank of our favorite Amarillo hops for a few weeks. The result is this lightly hopped semi-dry cider which delivers a nose full of citrus and tropical goodness without the palate blasting bitterness you’d find in a traditional IPA.
