As you bring the glass to your lips the aroma of Montmorency cherries overwhelms your sense of
smell. In the back ground there is a light aroma of baking bread from the copious amount of wheat malt to compliment
the cherries. At first sip there is a pleasant tartness from the acidity created in the boil kettle. The cherry is very
pleasant and compliments the tartness. The beer finishes pleasantly tart, dry, fruity and refreshing!
