First impression is floral malt with a hint of noble hops. A single decoction brings out the malt character of the Heidelberg malt. While the malt flavor is pronounced it is well balanced with a firm bitterness from the Hallertau Hops. Finishes dry and refreshing with appropriate hop bitterness.
