A rich, malty lager. We use mostly German Munich malt which gives the beer a roasty, sweet malt complexity and decoction mashing accentuates the malt charachter. Just the right amount of Hallertau Hersbrucker hops give the beer a nice balance. While fairly sweet, it finishes dry and crisp.
