Critical Mass has a bright golden color, with moderate hop bitterness and a definite “Belgian abbey” flavor and aroma. It is highly attenuated and well carbonated Trappist ale. It has a spicy-floral hop profile, and a soft, supportive grainy-sweet malt palate.
