This west coast pale ale was a spin off of Civility, our original San Diego Summer Ale. A blend of Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops create a complex and pleasing aroma filled with lemon, grapefruit, pine, and sweet melon with floral notes. A light touch of malt helps balance it out. Nice and sessionable.
