This beer is one of our top sellers and has taken two gold medals at recent competitions. One at the San Diego International beer festival and one in Idaho Falls at the Northern American Brewers Association. This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balanced with a bit of spicy noble hops. It also has fruit like esters from the Belgian yeast and various Belgian like sugars. Brewed December 17, 2010.
