Knock on Nelson is the very first installment in our Foeder series, It starts off with a hearty dose of Nelson Sauvin hops sourced from New Zealand and is bolstered by a study body of Pale, Munich, and Cara-Vienne malts. We then aged this 7.1% IPA in a first run red wine foeder for six months, we hope you like it as much as we do!
