Elevation Bacchan Ale

This beer is a “collaboration” with our wine making neighbors up the road at Vino Salida. We fermented late harvest Riesling must (unfermented grape juice with stems, seeds, skins and all that) with what was basically blonde ale wort, along with our London Ale yeast. Hopped it with some Northern Brewer and Saaz Hops. The result is a vinous yet grainy light ale with pretty high carbonation and a subtle (Welches) white grape juice finish. If “the champagne of beers” wasn’t already taken, that would be a solid tag line for this brew!
