A traditional malt bill for a Saison styled ale is combined with delicate citrus flavor from Mandarina Bavaria and just a bit of Mosaic hops. We start our fermentation for this beer much warmer than other styles to coax even more delicious aromas and flavors from the Belgian yeast we use. We then add crushed rose hips and a touch of coriander to spice things up and craft a unique Saison inspired ale.
