In effort to showcase the diversity of flavors possible in beer, we are crafting sour ales, then rigorously hopping them with a single hop variety. The first batch of this series utilizes one of our favorite new hop varieties, Idaho #7. Expect notes of sour pineapple, pine, peaches, and citrus. Absolutely crushable.
