Our interpretation of a German Gose (pronounced Goh-zuh), a low ABV, light sour beer brewed with wheat, sea salt, and coriander. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops for an added citrus kick, and fermented with a Belgian yeast whose flavors pair perfectly with coriander. Absolutely refreshing.
