The demand for hops increases each year as more breweries open up (currently there are over 4.000 in the U.S.) and while the acreage of hops has also increased, there is still a shortfall between supply and demand. As a result, we were not able to source the hops typically used in our I(70)PA which meant our brewer had to come up with a Plan B. This recipe features a single hop -a new variety to the market- called Denali which brings loads of juicy pineapple flavors an aromas supported by mango and papaya.
