(1/2 BBL) This ale was brewed with 9 different types of malt and fermented with a wild strain of yeast. When the majority of fermentation activity subsided, we added a whole bunch of organic raspberries and a touch of coriander. The result is a beautiful red hued ale bursting with raspberry jam flavors. Light hopping with Bullion hops provides a spicey, black currant finish.
