Mixed-Fermentation Sour Beer6.3% ABV
(1/2 BBL) We brewed a big batch of wort, and split it between 2 fermenters. Both will be soured with bacteria and fermented with one of our Brettanomyces culture to create an incredible fruit bomb of a beer. To make things interesting, each fermenter was hopped at over 2 lbs per barrel with either Citra or Galaxy hops. Who will win? You decide! (ETA: 4/28-4/29)
