Eight Bridges Wine Aged Brown Ale

Take our full bodied Nottingham Brown ale with its nutty and dark fruit characters and age it in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels. The result, a beer that produces light red wine aromas and tastes like a tart version of our brown with some sour cherry notes. The acidity of the grapes is apparent in the aroma and flavor of the beer. The barrels are from El Sol Winery in Livermore, CA.
