This easy drinking Amber Ale is a close cousin to the Twisted Red. The American hop bill
stands out a bit more in this beer because of the slightly lower caramel/molasses/raisen
sweetness that is the result of a change in crystal malt. There will be a slightly dryer finish
to the beer along with a very slight increase in perceived bitterness from hops.
