The seventh in the series, OneBox Sorachi Ace is a great example of why we do the OneBox series! This beer has a great malty base with a solid IPA bitterness level and was dry-hopped with one whole box of Sorachi Ace. Its flavor is a balance of lemon, lemon oil and dill. The herbal/lemon nose follows into the flavor and you'll notice a nice balanced body with good bitterness. This one is a keeper!
